On the 2nd of June 2009, the Web Foundation was founded by a young full of energy group, as a non-governmental, non-profit and non-political organization. The organisation was established as the will of citizens to participate actively in civil society development through sporting, spoken word artistic, heritage and cultural programmes as well as to take an active role in the civil society development and capacity building. The goals of the organization are empowering the young and old in reading, sports, art, and preserve the heritage of sustainable development principles.
The Web Foundation is dedicated to the improvements which will strengthen sustainable future and lead towards social and economic improvement of the social communities at national level. In order to achieve this, The Web Foundation is committed to work with different range of stakeholders in order to build co-operation and joint work for the purpose of achieving sustainable and strong worldwide recognition of human beings in rural areas.
Vision
To continuously accept challenges of constantly changing dynamics of rural development and provide solutions to ensure that every child learns how to read, participate in sports, arts and preserve the heritage of sustainable development principles.
Mission
Is to support, motivate and inspire children in rural schools to read, participate sport, art, and geared to increasing literacy skills while also providing them with a access to quality books and sustainable development plan.
