Service Standard
We have plan to promote The Foundation as an Non-Government Organisation where major sport, arts and culture projects, workshops, educational clinics, heritage events to contribute to growing South Africa's economy and promote sustainable livelihoods for sport women and men, artist and crafters, historians and performers.
- To promote nation building and deepen democracy through the commemoration of national days and the development of heritage sites. (eg) June 16, 40 years walk.
- To develop young sporting and artistic talent to take its rightful place in competitive sport and in mainstream arts and culture events and education.
- To support the development of safe and secure communities through the implementation of integrated and sustainable recreation programmes at community level.
- To attract opportunities for sporting, artistic and cultural sectors to stage major events and tournaments in South Africa and:
- To promote sustainable livelihood for artist, crafters, and sport people and
- To contribute to the growth and development strategy of South Africa.
- To implement school artist, sporting, mass participation programmes in primary schools across South Africa in partnership with the Department of education and other strategic partners.
